How To Get A Refund
If you want to ask for a refund, uninstall the software, then email us your paypal receipt to our
customer service email. We will refund your purchase immediately.
Do not call us in order to get a refund. Email us instead. We do not handle refunds by
phone.

Although you do not have to provide any explanation for why you want a refund, I would personally appreciate it
if you can drop a few words in your email about what was wrong with the software. This is so we can improve
the software.
Also, you don't have to go to the refund route immediately. If you have a problem with the software,
contact us, and lets us know. We'll do everything to fix your problem. If you had a problem, other
people might too. So we'll be helping everyone by solving your problem promptly. Email technical support is many times a much better solution than a refund, which
hurts both of us.
